Let's talk about a guarantee for the DNA Way to Communicate Program. 
Giving guarantees for personal, relationship growth can be tricky. Yet, your satisfaction with Us And Kids is important.
There are a few life-spaces where this Program will not be as effective. Scroll down to be sure you are in the right space!

So, here is my approach:  

The DNA Way to Communicate is a comprehensive communication program, encompassing about 12 months of weekly therapy meetings into 8 modules. Our goal is to help you build the skills that will carry you through a lifetime of  marriage, while having solid relationships with your kiddos, even as they grow up.  
We know that achieving this may not be as straight forward as we might like and that one Program may not service everyone equally. That being said, doing your personal work will deeply improve the impact of each module. 

Success and growth are important for you - to build synergy for health over the years.  Trying one program after another could create too much discouragement in you which is why I am working towards success here. 
When you have watched the first 3 videos, sincerely used and applied what is taught (via the LEP’s and Workbooks) and reinforced by participating in the accompanying coaching calls, and are not pleased with your progress, then a conversation with me, Jan Talen, is required. 
This would be a conversation to help me  see where the gaps are for you, and assess, with you, the value of continuing to move forward or to discontinue the Program.

To discontinue the Program would mean that all access to the Program will be closed.  75% of each module used and 100% of each module not yet viewed would be refunded to you. This is based on your purchase price and any promotions that applied. 

No refunds given if  modules 4 through 8 have been viewed or used in any way.

Any refund conversation must be done within 6 months of the purchase date.
